greasing a FLUSH KING

It gets worse,what about all those big MH with there fridges running on gas. Bubba drives by with a open gas can in back of his truck,who's going to pay for that mess.

I time the first backfill with my watch while my son is at the gauges. That way I can just watch my watch for the following flushes. I did have one occasion where a fellow RVer had never seen a FK and came over and started talking with me and I lost track of time and it came out of the vent on the roof!!! We both ran for it. I doubt he bought one after that!!! Now I don't let myself get distracted!
NCHI was thinking about timing it.Guess I can flush that idea.
Why???? It is a great way of doing it, just make sure you are paying attention. The samething can happen if you are watching the gauges. I have done this for years and only one bad occasion isn't bad. Is the time usually consistent and how much time does it take to back flush your tank? Do you find different flow rates at different sites?

Watts H560 regulator
My gague 20lb when not flowin goes past 60lb when full flow.Is gague bad or regulator.just started after last trip.Thanks in advance CG.
